Quiet and Comfortable place to call home. Manager pays attention to the cleanliness of the property and the needs of the residents. She is always quick to respond when needed which has been helpful. Yes, of course no place is perfect and always has room for improvement but having people that listen and show care, creates a place with comfort.

We called this place home for nearly 3 years. Everything about this place was home to us. We rarely had issues and when we did they were minor and taken care of almost immediately. Management was always great to us, in fact Duy and Ellie are one of the biggest reasons we loved it here. They welcomed us with warm and open arms. Always listened when we had issues and did they best they could to resolve the problems we experienced. The only reason we have moved out is because life has other plans for us to grow our future bigger and brighter and we just could no longer afford the rent. If i could choose this complex over and over i would. There always room for improvement for sure, anywhere you go or live will always have room to grow and improve, but everything we personally experienced here was nothing shy of amazing. We will miss it here. Thank you for almost 3 great years City Center!

I’ve lived here for about 6 months and everything has been great! Staff is quick to respond and help. They were super helpful when I was first applying for the apartment. They made everything go so smoothly! I have absolutely loved the gym and the mailroom is very convenient, especially with packages. It’s great to know that my packages are in a safe room, and not just in front my door. It’s been a joy living here! I’ve loved my time here!

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and it the best place I’ve been in. I’ve only been in apartments the last 10 years of my life. Of course no apartments is absolutely perfect but the pros outweigh the cons for this place. I personally chose to live here because I love the amenities that they have. Garage, the pool and hot tub is nice, with BBQ. The roof is really cool aspect of the place, I went up there to watch the parades which is really cool. There isn’t any shading unfortunately like it shows on the pictures… and the lights don’t work up there. Other than that the seating is great and you can also have a bbq up there too. The gym is big and it’s nice. The mail room is really nice too having your packages in that room instead at the door. Nobody has stolen anything I’ve ever ordered. My porch faces the west and the sunsets here are absolutely GORGEOUS!! The apartment itself is beautiful I love the granite countertops the washer and dryer coming with the place which is AMAZING. Everyone seems to be left alone for the most part I don’t get bugged by any neighbors... I think this is a great place to live. ☺️

We have loved living here for the past year! In fact we just signed another year! The office staff is fantastic and always so kind to us and helps out where needed and has always been honest with us! The amenities are awesome as well! Fully equipped Gym, beautiful rooftop lounge, and even a pet spa (which we absolutely LOVE)! Very pet friendly, and always very respectful and loving towards our shy dog! This has been a wonderful place to live while our little family is saving for our own house!

The apartments are nice and the amenities are nice. Communication with the management is good, they get back in a timely manor. I think the walls are just super thin and sound travels through them. So, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Otherwise can't complain. Nice community nice environment close to everything.

This is our first apartment complex and its been great for us. We love to use the swimming pool and hot tub. The gym is fantastic i love to listen to my music and workout in there. The managment has been great with us. They communicate very well with us. If we have an issue with something they try to take care of it right away. I highly reccomend city centre apartments to anyone.

I have lived her for a year and just uped for another 6 months. The facility is clean and very well maintained. My apartment is very comfortable with a great floor plan. Maintenance is reliable and management is super friendly, and very helpful. Guest parking is a bit limited.

Very satisfied tenet. The staff is responsive to requests for assistance. I am not an apartment dweller so I am coming from the prospective of a home owner. The grounds and apartment building are kept clean. It’s like living in a hotel with the added bonus of friendly helpful neighbors. Learning the ropes, can’t tell you how many times I was offered assistance by residents male and female. The amenities are top notch - trash pickup, parking, elevator, gym, pool, get togethers, availability and attitude of staff, noise level (even with pets allowed on premises), close to all kinds of businesses. Yes, there are trains and sometimes sirens but, not a problem for me cause when I hear sirens it reminds me to pray for others. It’s been an adjustment living in an apartment but I am very pleased with my experience at City Centre Apartments and plan on renewing my lease. (5 month resident)

I really enjoy living here. The apartments are great looking and have a lot of space. We live on the side closest to the train tracks and unless the window is open you can't hear the trains. The underground parking takes a lot of stress off my mind when it comes to my girlfriend coming home late. Never had problems with noisy neighbors. Love the gym and pool! Valet garbage pick up is really cool!

Being a single mom I love the secured access doors into the building. As a dog owner I really enjoy that the kids and I have a place to bathe and dry our fur baby. Friendly atmosphere altogether. Any issues requiring maintenance are usually handled same or next day.
