Very satisfied tenet. The staff is responsive to requests for assistance. I am not an apartment dweller so I am coming from the prospective of a home owner. The grounds and apartment building are kept clean. It’s like living in a hotel with the added bonus of friendly helpful neighbors. Learning the ropes, can’t tell you how many times I was offered assistance by residents male and female. The amenities are top notch - trash pickup, parking, elevator, gym, pool, get togethers, availability and attitude of staff, noise level (even with pets allowed on premises), close to all kinds of businesses. Yes, there are trains and sometimes sirens but, not a problem for me cause when I hear sirens it reminds me to pray for others. It’s been an adjustment living in an apartment but I am very pleased with my experience at City Centre Apartments and plan on renewing my lease. (5 month resident)
